How do I care for my Baseball BBQ grill tools?
- Hand wash only with cool water.
- Do not place in dishwasher.
- Apply occasional mineral oil to the wood bat handles to prevent dryness or cracking.
What is the Lifetime Warranty for Baseball BBQ Grill Tools?
At Baseball BBQ, we stand by the craftsmanship and quality of our grill tools with a lifetime warranty on our grill tools and grill tool sets. We will replace or repair any manufacturer defects, issues in construction or workmanship that develop under normal household use.
The lifetime warranty excludes damage from:
-Misuse, abuse, accidents, dropping of the tools
-Water exposure from being left outside, submerged, used in a dishwasher
-Neglect or exposure to other unnatural conditions for a grilling tool.
This lifetime warranty applies only to Baseball BBQ grill tools, and does not apply to Baseball BBQ clothing or hats. In the event that a product is discontinued from sale, the lifetime warranty will expire at the time the product is discontinued.
What does satisfaction guarantee mean?
We're a small business that takes customer service seriously, and we want you to be satisfied with your product and experience.
- If you find an error we made with your customization requirements within the first 30 days of ordering, we will replace your item at no cost.
- If there is an error we made with your apparel order we will replace the item(s) at no cost.
- If you’d like to exchange your apparel order for a different size or color we will replace that item at no cost but only once per order.
- If you made an error on your order then you will be responsible for sending item(s) back to us and we will discount your next order by 30%.

Can I expedite my order?
Depending on the size and nature of your order it is possible to expedite the order for a fee. Please inquire at email@example.com to discuss your needs.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Fulfillment and shipping times will depend on the items that you ordered (stock, custom or apparel) and your location. We're a small business and wear a lot of (baseball) hats, but we try to get orders out the door as fast as we can. Exact delivery times will depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout.
How will I know when my order has been shipped?
You will receive an automated email when your order ships that contains your tracking information.
How can I make sure my purchases arrive to my location?
Double check your address prior to submitting. If products are returned then you will be charged for re-shipment. If tracking information states your purchase has arrived but not to your location, please contact the shipping provider for more information.
What happens if my purchase is lost, stolen or damaged in transit?
Baseball BBQ is not responsible or liable for a package once it has been shipped from our facility. Please contact the shipping provider for more information.
Can I customize my grill tools?
We currently offer customization and personalization on all of our grill tools (Turn Two Combo Set, Slider Spatula, Forkball Fork, Splitfinger Tongs, Brushback Scraper, Hook Pigtail and Pickoff Bottle Opener) and cutting boards (Home Plate, Hot Corner, and Sweet Spot). How long will it take to finish and ship my customized order?
Due to the handcrafted nature of the order, each customization can take a few days to get the details just right. We will get your customized tool shipped within 5 business days of your order or your shipping fee is on us.
What counts as a “business day”?
The day after you’ve made your order Monday - Friday (excludes federal holidays).
Order Refunds & Cancellations
What is your Return/Remake/Refund policy?
- Due to the unique nature of each order, we will be able to return, remake or refund any order that is deemed defective or made incorrectly.
- We will not be able to refund any order that was made correctly to the details of the order.
- Because we cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates, we cannot refund orders or shipping costs if packages are delayed with a carrier.
- If you’d like to return your order, depending on the nature of the order, we can provide a shipping label to you at our discounted shipping rates.

What is your Cancellation policy?
We can cancel any order that has not been shipped for no fee including:
- Customization orders - only if the engraving has not occurred yet
- Non-custom orders
- Apparel orders
We can not cancel an order for no fee if:
- Customization orders - if engraving has occurred. We will have to charge 50% of the order price (excluding shipping) to restock or discard the product.
