WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST? 

Shipping cost is based on weight, location and the type of shipping. Customers placing international orders are responsible for any additional taxes and duty fees that are resulting from their international shipment. 

You can get an accurate quote by stepping through the checkout process and entering your shipping address.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?

Fulfillment and shipping times will depend on the items that you ordered (stock, custom or apparel) and your location. We're a small business and wear a lot of (baseball) hats, but we try to get orders out the door as fast as we can. After the order is processed then delivery times will depend on the shipping method you chose at checkout.

At checkout, our website lists the expected number of days in transit for each shipping service based on your address. While the days listed are correct in most cases, they are only estimates and not guarantees.

CAN I EXPEDITE MY ORDER?

Depending on the size and nature of your order it is possible to expedite the order for a fee.  Please inquire at contact@baseballbbq.com to discuss your needs.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY? 

Yes, we offer international shipping through DHL. Transit time for international orders varies based on the destination and shipping method selected. Customers are responsible for paying all applicable duties and tariffs related to their shipments. Baseball BBQ does not cover these expenses and they are not included in the price of the item.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED? CAN I TRACK IT? 

You will receive an automated email when your order ships that contains your tracking information.

HOW CAN I MAKE SURE MY PURCHASES ARRIVE TO MY LOCATION?

Double check your address prior to submitting. If products are returned then you will be charged for re-shipment. If tracking information states your purchase has arrived but not to your location, please contact the shipping provider for more information.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PURCHASE IS LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?
