RETURN POLICY – NON-CUSTOM ORDERS
We're a small business that takes customer service seriously, and we want you to be satisfied with your product and experience. If you’re not satisfied with your product, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your product. Returned items must be unworn or unused in condition.Â
To start a return, you can contact us at contact@baseballbbq.com. If your return is accepted, we can provide a shipping label to you at our discounted shipping rates, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.Â

RETURN POLICY – CUSTOM ORDERS
Certain types of items, like personalized orders, cannot be returned unless due to a manufacturer’s error. If you do find a manufacturing defect or an error that Baseball BBQ made with your customization requirements within 30 days of ordering, we will replace your item at no cost.
If your custom order was made correctly to the submitted details of the order (specified product, placement, spelling, font, and all other personalization details), we will not be able to return, remake, or refund the order, due to the unique nature of each personalized order.
If you made an error while submitting your custom order (specified product, placement, spelling, font, or other personalization details) than you will be responsible for sending item(s) back to us within 30 days of receiving your product and we will provide you with a 30% discount for a replacement order.

REFUNDS
Approved returns will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take a couple days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your order, we can process a cancellation and refund for the following orders prior to shipping for no fee:
- Customized tool orders, only if the engraving has not occurred yet.
- Stock, non-custom tool orders
- Apparel orders
For customized orders that have begun engraving but have not yet shipped, we will charge 50% of the order price (excluding shipping) to restock or discard the product. We will refund the remaining 50% of the order price.
EXCHANGESÂ
If you’d like to exchange your apparel order for a different size or color, we will replace that item at no cost but only once per order.
For all other approved exchanges of non-custom items, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
At Baseball BBQ, we stand by the craftsmanship and quality of our grill tools with a limited lifetime warranty on our grill tools and grill tool sets. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will replace or repair any manufacturer defects, issues in construction or workmanship that develop under normal household use.
The limited lifetime warranty excludes damage from:
- Misuse, abuse, accidents, dropping of the tools
- Water exposure from being left outside, submerged, used in a dishwasher
- Neglect or exposure to other unnatural conditions for a grilling tool.
This limited lifetime warranty applies only to Baseball BBQ grill tools, and does not apply to Baseball BBQ clothing or hats.
