The Customer Review Giveaway is easy - simply leave a review of your Baseball BBQ product on BaseballBBQ.com between July 1, 2021 and September 30, 2021. As a special thank you for writing a product review on our website, you will be entered to win a $25 Baseball BBQ Gift Card. For full rules and regulations, please see Terms & Conditions below.

  1. Please focus your reviews on product and service - your impressions on quality, experience with our custom shop, how you use the product, your satisfaction, and any feedback you have on Baseball BBQ gear. 
  2. No profanity (it doesn’t help anyone, and it’s just not nice).

GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS:

  • RULES: Participants must be 18 years or older before the end of the promotion at 11:59PM PST on September 30, 2021, and a legal U.S. resident to win. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Limit of one entry per person. No purchase necessary. Prize is not redeemable for cash. 
  • MEANS OF ENTRY: Participants may enter the the Giveaway by submitting a review of their purchased product on BaseballBBQ.com or by sending a photo and review to contact@baseballbbq.com. For a free, alternate means of entry, participants may mail a letter or postcard containing his/her name, age, address, email, and phone number to:
      • Baseball BBQ, Attn: Review Giveaway, 2065 NE Shepard Road, Bend, OR 97701
  • ODDS OF WINNING: The actual odds of winning are contingent upon the actual number of entries received for this particular sweepstakes.
  • PRIZE: The Winner of the Giveaway will receive the following prize: 
    • One (1) Baseball BBQ Gift Card, valued at $25.00
      • Giveaway prize will be sent to winner in form of a digital gift card, and and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
  • WINNER: The Winner will be notified via e-mail on or about October 15, 2021.
  • RANDOM DRAWING: There will be one Winner of the Baseball BBQ Review Giveaway. Potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about October 15, 2021, from among all eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified via e-mail. In the event that Baseball BBQ cannot notify the holder of a winning entry within a reasonable time, or if the holder of a winning entry is determined to be or make themselves ineligible, Baseball BBQ will randomly select an alternate winner from entries so selected. All rules listed above with regard to eligibility will remain in effect for the alternate drawing. Winner will be required to sign a Statement of Eligibility and Release form supplied by Baseball BBQ prior to receiving the prize.
  • CLAIMING PRIZE: A person selected as a winner must, in writing: a) verify eligibility, grant his/her/their consent to the use of his/her/their name and likeness in advertising without further compensation, b) release Baseball BBQ and its associates from all liability, claims and actions of any kind for injuries, damages or losses to persons or property which may be incurred in connection with the claiming, receipt or ownership of the prize, c) agree to assume any and all costs and liabilities that arise out of the winning of or ownership of the prize, including but not limited to taxes, fees and costs that result from winning or using the prize, and d) agree to hold Baseball BBQ harmless from any such liabilities. A person who refuses to execute the Affidavit of Eligibility, Assumption and Release form supplied by Baseball BBQ as a condition to the claiming of a prize is not eligible to claim the prize they were awarded.
  • ADDITIONAL TERMS: The decisions of Baseball BBQ in all matters relating to the rules and administration of the Prize giveaway shall be final. Baseball BBQ does not rent, sell or exchange information about its customers. Employees of Baseball BBQ and its manufacturers are not eligible to participate in this contest.
