PROCESS
Start the grill up to medium high heat. Cut chicken wings into sections and discard the wing tips. Season with salt and pepper.
Using your Baseball BBQ Splitfinger tongs, dip a few pieces of paper towels in a bowl of oil and then rub the grill gate until coated and glossy.
Put the wings on the grill, cover and flip occasionally until they’re golden brown, crisp and cooked through. This will take about 20 minutes. Reduce heat if you notice any burning or grill marks appearing on wings.
Make the wing sauce! Put butter in a bowl and microwave for about one minute until melted. Stir in Frank’s Sauce, cayenne pepper, worcestershire sauce and sugar. Add more cayenne pepper or hot sauce for more spice. Set aside.
Dip the wings in the sauce and serve up! OR serve the wings with the sauce on the side.
Enjoy!
