We hope your orders are delivered swiftly, though we have heard some instances of carrier delays past the quoted dates. Unfortunately, once an order has been picked up by USPS or UPS, we have no control over the transit or delivery time. If you have a delivery date issue, please check your email or text messages for tracking information to contact the carrier directly.

Holiday shopping looks a little different this year, and we're working hard to customize and ship Baseball BBQ orders as quickly as possible. Our Custom Shop is working full-speed to personalize and fulfill all grill tool and cutting board orders in 1-2 business days to get orders shipped as quickly as we can. Due to shippers' COVID-19 protocols and significant increases in holiday shipments, we are seeing increases in actual carrier transit times.
Though we cannot guarantee exact delivery date, Baseball BBQ grill tool and cutting board orders placed by the following cut-off dates for each shipping method should arrive on or before 12/24:

Holiday Order-By Dates:
- USPS First Class & Priority Orders: Order by 11:59pm PST on Dec 17.
- UPS 3-Day Select: NOW EXTENDED! Order by 11:59pm PST on Dec 20.
- UPS Next-Day Air: Order by 1:00pm PST on Dec 21.
Please note - these dates do not apply to our t-shirts, which are fulfilled through a printing partner and have a longer fulfillment time (2-7 business days).
As always, these ordering cutoffs are based on our order fulfillment capabilities and the current quoted delivery dates for our shipping carriers (USPS and UPS), and are not guarantees. Once your order is picked up for shipment, Baseball BBQ has no control over actual transit time. We do everything in our power to have orders arrive in time for the holidays, but we cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates and we cannot refund orders or shipping costs if packages are delayed with a carrier.
If you are concerned about receiving your gifts in time, ordering early ahead of the cut-off date or expediting to faster shipping method is the surest way to get your order in time.
